State of INFOCOM April 2015

Greetings Marines,
With all the news these days about data breaches you may be concerned about your online security and you should be.  As someone who works within the IT field, most of the financial companies and ever the ones that may not store financial information are taking these data breaches very seriously.  They are increasing their security budgets, adding hardware and 24/7 monitoring to their networks to help combat these breaches.  Although adding layers of security will help against the hacker in his mom’s basement, the state sponsored hackers are a different story.  They are much harder to protect against.
And now to the report.  I’m may be looking for some assistance on a couple of short term web projects I will be working on. Once I have more information on what I will be needing, I will send more details.
If you have any questions please contact me at the email address below.
In closing here’s the pingdom stats for March 2015.
