State of TRACOM – July 2020

Good Day Marines. I wish everyone well and best wishes to everyone over this Challenging time in our world. I send thoughts and prayers to those in harms way, both on freedom’s frontier and also in our essential workers throughout the Terran colonies.

I would like to welcome Christopher Boggs to the SFMC TRACOM Staff. He has begun to assume his new role as SFMC TRACOM DCO-TRAINING. He will additionally serve as the SFMC Superintendent. I welcome him to the staff, and his service to the SFMC TRACOM and Marines as a whole. He will help us get the academy rolling back to the spirit it is. He will also assume role as the NCO Academy (NCOA) Director. I will post for a permanent one through the SFI HR Office.

Additionally, I would like to thank Michael Timko Jr. for assuming the Officer development role. He will be serving in an acting role until a permanent one is found. I would like to thank him for stepping up and continuing to serve the Corps.

*Directors and assistant directors are wanted*. If anyone would like to help out in the SFMC TRACOM Staff or would like to take and learn what it takes to be a director. Please do not hesitate to apply.

*Communication,* please reach out to the staff and the leadership in SFMC TRACOM wish issues. I know I have been trying to work many hats, but I do my best to received and take care of your issues. Please to not hesitate to continue to reach out to me. With Chris’s help. We will continue to maintain the excellent customer service that you expect.

ADC And Certs. ADC is working on getting online. I have a few things that I need to go over with the department. Additionally, new certs creation ideas are being worked. I hope to have some updates soon.

Manuals and exams. Manuals and exams are being updated in accordance per the CS Guidance. I have received some exams and manuals for review for approval.
