What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out a report or awards form, or place an order on the STARFLEET Marine Corps Quartermaster’s website .
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To determine the current status of the STARFLEET Marine Corps,
- To determine eligibility and issue awards and other certifications to members,
- To determine eligibility for and to issue STARFLEET Marine Corps Academy course and college graduation requests,
- To fulfill any orders you have placed on the STARFLEET Marine Corps Quartermaster’s site.
How do we protect your information?
All supplied sensitive information is encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a submission, your private information (e-mail address, mailing address, etc…) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to maintain a record of submissions and/or orders.
- Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future, or
- Help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart.
