Reports are due on the 1st of every EVEN numbered month (FEB, APR, JUN, AUG, OCT, DEC). Reports will be considered on time from the 1st - 5th of that reporting month. Reports received on the 6th-10th will be considered late, and anything after the 10th will be considered Failure To Report for that period.
