State of INFOCOM January 2017

Greetings Marines,

This being my first report for 2017, Information Command has a busy schedule coming up for the new year.  We will be finishing up the new SFMC WordPress site and then moving on to the SFMCA and QM sites.  With that said I will be needing some additional staff members.  I’m starting with the web team.
If you are interested in applying for the Web Team position, please send me an email with you web design experience.  If you have WordPress experience all the better.  I will be accepting application until the end of February.

With the Region 2 Summit coming up in March, it is a good time to remind everyone that if you know of a Marine that demonstrated their communications skills in service to the Corps in general, or INFOCOM in particular. Such skills may be demonstrated through contributing to SFMC, BDE, or unit publications; creation of superior quality SFMC-oriented websites; or other similar activities.  Please submit them for the Communication Service Award.  I really enjoy reviewing and presenting this award to deserving Marines.
