State of TRACOM – October 2019

Good Evening Marines. I wish everyone a safe and Joyous Year 2020.
I want to thank all SFMC TRACOM Cadre. I also want to thank all the students that have engaged in SFMCA. Thank you.

Moodle update. There has been a lot of traction this month with Making Moodle SFMC Academy a success. I feel that we will have a lot to engage in.This stating 1/1/20, many colleges will be able to begin exchanges in Moodle.
That being said, Please remember to continue to reach out with the instructors as needed I will have some temporary changes, updates, and updates with items related to SFMCA Materials. In the coming 2020 year, I will be focusing more on the SFMCA and working to update material and also revise and create more newer and variety of courses. I regret that my tenure so far has been focusing on revising material. But yet, improving and communicating more effectively across the SFMCA Areas of operation (AOR) Please contact us as needed. Course completions, ADC, MURP, SFI Database.
There are some changing that have been happening regarding the database.
The directors are sending me the notifications and I will be sending out the certs.
However, in the database, these will take a while. Directors are keeping records and internal procedures to make sure that we keep your records correct.
I do not currently have a date that we will use the Database again. Thank you for your patience.

Manuals are being revised. Courses are being developed and new procedures adapted. This will be an continued progress.
